Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Please note that many of our items are handmade, so we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order with care.
UK Shipping We ship across the United Kingdom via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard: 2–5 business days
- Tracked/Express: 1–2 business days
EU Shipping We ship to European Union countries via tracked international post. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- 5–14 business days depending on destination country
Please note that EU orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Order Tracking Where tracking is available, you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work to resolve it promptly.
