Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
I want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If something isn't quite right, here's how I can help.
EU Right of Withdrawal If you're based in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please use the EU Withdrawal Button on our store. Once we receive your returned item, we'll refund the full product cost plus your original outbound shipping within 14 days.
Exemptions — Personalised & Custom Orders Please note that custom or personalised items made to your specification (such as bespoke spell bottles, custom dioramas, or personalised potion kits) are exempt from the EU right of withdrawal under consumer protection law, as they cannot be resold. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact me before ordering.
Standard Returns
- Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition
Cancellations
- Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase
Return Shipping Costs
- Damaged or faulty items: I'll cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement
- Change of mind returns: return shipping is at your cost
Return Address As a small independent business, I don't publish a fixed return address. Please contact me before sending any return and I'll provide you with the correct return address promptly. You can reach me via the contact form on this store or by replying to your order confirmation email.
Refund Timeline Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item.
